I have been following Wim Hof for the last 6 months and it's been a life changing experience for mind body a soul.
Wim is also known as ''The Iceman'', for his ability to withstand freezing temperatures. He has set Guinness World Records for swimming under ice and prolonged full-body contact with ice, and previously held the record for a barefoot half marathon on ice and snow. In other words, he is a bit of a machine.
On this Ep he tells me all about the Wim Hof Method which has changed my life. a combination of frequent cold exposure, breathing techniques, yoga and meditation.
