Also the actual desperation of the our favorite Eludians as the come to terms of having no other options but the sort to protect there people and mother land of Paradis.  We also so Eren as an enigma and seemingly switching from his love for his friends and will for pacifism to a much more ambivalent and sinister motive to achieve his goal.
