Anxiety dreams: When to take control or take shelter during life's storms
Anxiety dream can make us feel like we're in the middle of a storm. According to dream interpreter Yvonne Cones that may mean we should take shelter fast to avoid uncontrollable forces encircling us—or to take a different kind of action if the storm is within.
In this episode of "re:awakening," Yvonne will again join host Chris Mann to share two distinct anxiety dreams. One is about a tornado; the other is about an ever-expanding mouth (!). Her reads on these illuminate how we can reduce anxiety in our lives at times by taking charge and at times by letting go.
