#35. Exploring Tasmania

When planning to travel we all want to see it all, but we don’t all have unlimited time and money to do so. When it comes to Tasmania, there is so much to see and do, but you can do it in a short period of time. In this weeks episode I dive into our 2 month trip in Tassie and talk about three of our stand out places. Tasmania is the smallest state of Australia. It is made up of 19 national parks (which cover approximately 40% of the whole state), over 1500 beaches, 160 wine producers, little towns and a lot of wildlife. We have done close to 3000kms while being here and still haven’t seen it all. Tune in to hear where I recommend for your trip to Tasmania. Sydney is the founder of the Sea Monkey Project. Her and her sailing family are on a mission to create solutions to the plastic pollution problem we have through education and upcycling trash into treasures. She has grown up on a boat and has seen what plastic is doing to our oceans. Sydney used to be angry at what was going on in the world, but now she understands that you have to see the positive impact you’re making. You have to look beyond the doom and gloom.
