The theme for this week is "Are We Ready?" This is the last part of Charlotte's conversation with former doctor Kathryn Mannix. She spent decades working in palliative care and has seen thousands of patients die. Charlotte talks about how the conversation with Kathryn has actually given her some peace following watching her nan die almost 20 years ago!
