Doing Less Time for a Murder than for a Non-Violent Crime

In today's episode we discuss the cases of Renisha McBride, Walter Scott and Aaron Swartz. We discuss that the sentences imposed for the two second degree murder cases involve less time served in prison for the perpetrators than the proposed sentence for the non-violent alleged crime in the third case.
