    Trump's Lawyers File Motion Trying to STOP Jack Smith From Revealing Trump's J6 Crimes

    The Supreme Court returned Trump's criminal case to DC Federal Court Judge Tanya Chutkan directing her to hold hearings to determine which of Trump's January 6th crimes involved official presidential acts and which did not. Trump's lawyers have filed a 34-page brief demanding that Judge Chutkan "dismiss" Trump's case "promptly." In other words, Trump's lawyers are urging the judge to disregard the directives of the Supreme Court and just toss Trump's case entirely, without conducting the litigation the Supreme Court directed her to conduct. Moreover, Trump's lawyers are demanding this prompt dismissal to " protect the integrity of the Presidency and the upcoming election, as well as the Constitutional rights of - the American people." This kind of absurd double-speak would make George Orwell blush.     Trump and Vance's Pet Lies Continue Endangering the People of Springfield, Ohio

    Donald Trump and JD Vance knew the stories they were telling about pets being abducted and eaten by immigrants in Springfield, Ohio were lies, yet they told them anyway. As the Wall Street Journal just reported: "How the Trump Campaign Ran With Rumors About Pet-Eating Migrants - After Being Told They Weren't True". Ever since Trump and Vance knowingly and intentionally told those lies, the people of Springfield have been in danger. There have been more than 30 bomb threats made to government buildings, schools, and people's homes. Stating the obvious, these bomb threats would not have been made but for the racist and dangerous lies told by Trump and Vance. Will they be held accountable for the damage they've done to the city and the people of Springfield?     Why Mark Meadows's Court Loss in Arizona Spells Trouble for Trump's Criminal Case in DC

    A federal judge in Arizona has rejected Mark Meadows' attempt to have his criminal case moved from Arizona state court to federal court, ruling that the things Meadows did with, at the direction of, and for the benefit of Donald Trump in tying to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election - didn't constitute part of his official duties as Trump's Chief of Staff. This is not only bad news for Meadows, but it provides a preview of how Judge Tanya Chutkan may rule on the similar question of whether Trump's conduct was official presidential conduct entitled to immunity or unofficial conduct for which Trump CAN be criminally prosecuted.     Trump Seeks to DELAY his Appeal in Classified Documents Case

    To absolutely no one's surprise, Donald Trump and his lawyers just filed a request for a 30-day delay in the deadline to submit his brief in the appeal for his classified documents case. What some folks did find surprising - Special Counsel Jack Smith did NOT oppose the delay. Glenn says there are actually three reasons why Smith's decisions not to oppose the delay makes sense.     Federal Judge Rules Rudy Giuliani "Utterly Failed" in the Lawsuit He Brought Against President Biden

    Rudy Giuliani has failed in court yet again - this time in spectacular fashion. Giuliani had filed a lawsuit claiming President Joe Biden had defamed him in a 2020 presidential debate. Yet, after Biden's lawyer objected to Rudy's failure to prove personal jurisdiction to bring the lawsuit, Rudy "failed to object to the motion." The federal judge went on to rule that "Giuliani has utterly failed to carry this burden," and dismissed the case.
