S4 E1 Time Travel

Jim McNeish and Kirsty Mac return for season 4 of their podcast Leaders, what now? Started during the pandemic of 2020 the conversations have been about what is required of leaders and all humans as we navigate through the  complexities of working from home (if this privilege exists to you),  leading teams remotely, dealing with emotion and the conversations we need to have now, and in the future.  Jim and Kirsty, both hailing from Scotland have a relaxed style and a Scottish humour and  share their views, thoughts and feelings through their chats by the virtual fire with their mugs of tea and coffee.

This season starts a little differently with a spot of time travel.

Jim and Kirsty went into one of those thin spaces, The Port of Menteith, and received an email from their future selves from Burns night 2022 (It’s a Tuesday).  In the podcast, they reflect on the year’s events and the major trends over the course of 2021.  It’s a glimpse of the future.
