In his day-to-day work, he applies the 4Cs and 6 Trumps to design engaging and memorable learning experiences for both in-person and virtual attendees. It helps people and their organizations create more valuable products, services and experiences quickly and efficiently by intertwining Lean, Agile and Design Thinking.
