SZN 3 EP 6. The Community Organizer F.A.C.T.S. | Factual. Authentic. Captivating. Transformative. Stories |

    • Society & Culture

On today’s F.A.CT.S. podcast, host Kevin sits with Tim Hunter, an organizer, educator, and activist that is running for public office to ensure that the people of the 43rd Assembly district have true progressive representation in Albany. He is a lifelong resident of Brooklyn, born to Jamaican parents that migrated to the borough in pursuit of a better life. His vision is for his district to be able to be more involved in the process of governing, and view themselves as active stakeholders in our democracy rather than just as voters.

In this episode, we are going to have a conversation about a particular young leader putting his city on his back and empowering his community.
