Episode 170 | Sandoval and Contempt

Opening statements in Trump’s election interference trial have been delivered. There was also a Sandoval hearing in that case where Trump got to hear which of his prior bad acts can be brought up if he testifies. Judge Merchan has yet to rule on whether Trump has violated the gag order and should be held in contempt of court.

Judge Beryl Howell has upheld the verdict in the Ruby Freeman Shaye Moss defamation case against Rudy Giuliani.

An agreement has been reached regarding Trump’s $175 million bond as he appeals the NYAG civil fraud verdict.
