In December of 2004, Bobbie Jo Stinnett ran a successful dog-breeding business from her home while she was eight months pregnant and so excited to be a mother. She documented her pregnancy in different online forums and chatrooms, enjoying the feedback from other soon-to-be mothers. When an online acquaintance asked to come visit with her latest litter of Rat Terriers to see if she wanted to take one home, Bobbie Jo could never have imagined what the woman really wanted to take home.
