The first night I listened to this podcast I didn’t sleep after one episode. I thought it wasn’t going to work. Halfway through the second episode - I woke up the next morning. I’ve been listening almost every night ever since. Now I sleep within a few minutes of hearing her voice. The stories are great, mentally transports me to a kitchen, a bakery, a sidewalk - her voice is soothing and I really do feel calm and safe. Highly recommended!
