Sparking the living memory of a love that moves within our bodies, with visuals that illuminate Black artists, “Your Love” is an invitation into the home that is Black Love. Real Black Love, warm and colorful, starring Edreys and Alexa Wajed. The video, written by Drea D’nur and Directed by Paulette D. Harris, is a beautiful capture of love filmed in twoBlack-owned spaces: Feed Buffalo and the home of Henry and Dawn Martin Berry-Walker. Drea D’nur says, “ I wrote the video concept with an intention to center Black women and to reimagine Black Love. Although black love is trending, we very rarely get to see an honest glimpse into the lives of an actual couple. Continued Drea, ”the Wajeds invite us to witness the power, beauty and necessity of Black Love stories. It’s amazing because despite my own relationship challenges, I, too, can testify that I still believe in Love.” --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/eat-off-art/support
