In addition, how can we, as fathers, learn more about the teen brain, parenting, relationships, & having fun with our kids.  We will also explore how we fathers can be fit- physically, emotionally, spiritually, & financially. We will also drop some short dad wisdom podcasts that are designed specifically for young men to listen to.
