    EP 1213 Selects Edition - Liu Xang

    It's our first episode of the month and on our today's select edition of the podcast, we will look back at the episode 358 featuring legendary Chinese Hurdler - Liu Xang.Liu Xiang is a legendary Chinese hurdler who made history as one of the greatest athletes in track and field. He became the first Chinese male to win an Olympic gold medal in athletics when he triumphed in the 110-meter hurdles at the 2004 Athens Olympics, tying the world record of 12.91 seconds. In 2006, Liu broke the world record with a time of 12.88 seconds and solidified his dominance by winning gold at the 2007 World Championships. Despite his career being cut short by injuries, including a heartbreaking withdrawal from the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Liu remains an icon of perseverance and achievement.     On today's select edition of the podcast, we look back at the episode 365 featuring legendary former American football quarterback - Joe Montana. He played primarily for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL and is widely regarded as one of the greatest quarterbacks in history. Nicknamed "Joe Cool" & "The Comeback Kid," he led the 49ers to four Super Bowl victories and was named Super Bowl MVP three times.  He was known for his composure under pressure and exceptional passing accuracy.
