    How To Work-Out At Home With Kids

    If you're struggling to find time to work-out with kiddos at home, this episode is for you.  I suggest ways to find time to work-out alone by compromising with the hubby and getting over the mom guilt and asking family for help. What I strongly suggest and prefer any day, is working-out WITH the kids! Might not sound possible but I assure you, it definitely is! Sexy is whatever I choose it means. Being a mother looks exactly the way I choose to rock it.  But what if I don't feel sexy? Then you must start with feeling confident. I created "I AM" affirmations for mothers to recite daily to feel more confident and sexy in their own skin.
