Hey crew! I can't believe this is Season 1, episode 1 of the podcast. On the very first episode I had to share how easy it is to look at someone else's journey compared to yours and wish things were differently. Though self-improvement and competition is needed, I always check my heart pulse to make sure its coming from a positive place versus a place of jealousy.
