We are all about new days, fresh starts and small steps here. No beating ourselves up and punishing our bodies because we feel we have to earn something or achieve a ridiculous standard. We will talk about what it looks like to break free from diet culture and the traditional fitness industry and instead nourish our bodies out of compassion for ourselves. As we get free, we can help others get free and see a ripple effect of people loving their bodies and loving others well from that place.
