Please check out these resources that I have referenced in the Podcast to help you understand this isuue better:
1. How Colourism shows up in the workplace
2. How society made me hate the colour of my skin
3. Medical neglect based on skin colour
4. Lil Kim's interview

Please note : my podcast is purely subjective and my interpretations of articles are based on my personal experiences and these views might not be shared by the authors.
