Greg Schmaus explains what is ADHD and what is OCD? 

OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) is a mental disorder in which a person has certain thoughts repeatedly (called "obsessions") or feels the need to perform certain routines repeatedly (called "compulsions") to an extent that generates distress or impairs general functioning. ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is used to describe when someone displays symptoms related to not being able to pay attention or is overly active and impulsive.

I did my best to get all of the basic facts from Greg Schmaus about OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) that I could in this episode. I hope this helps someone out there!
