Mia is a seasoned lawyer and certified High Conflict Negotiation Coach who works with clients on how to master the art of effective communication with narcissists and other high conflict personalities. They discuss how she works with clients to help them fight their narc exes in court, signs to look out for/how to spot a narcissist (especially those covert ones!), tips on how to recover, and so much more.
My last episode about my own experience was a narcissist was one of my most downloaded episodes ever, so I had to bring on another narc expert! Enjoy.

They then get into her career, online hate and trolls, their favorite TV shows and so much fun!
They end the episode with Nicole telling Jamie to f*ck off as Ruth Langmore.  It’s classic.  Seriously- our faces hurt from laughing so much by the end of the episode.

This week Jamie talks to Lilly Ludwig, animal intuitive.  Jamie discovered Lilly on TikTok (of course!) and then waited three months for an appointment so that she could talk to her childhood cat Angel, who passed away in 2011.
They talk about how and when Lilly realized that she was different from other kids and had a special gift, exactly what animals sound like (spoiler alert: they don't all have British accents like Jamie wanted to think, lol), and so much more about communicating with not only cats and dogs, but horses and other (less cute) animals, too! They end the episode when Lilly talks to Jamie's cats, Gemma and Gea, and we laugh a ton.  If you love animals, this episode is definitely for you!
