We are Souls, incarnated into physical forms. We are each responsible for our own State of Being.
Body, Mind and Soul are 3 aspects of our Selves, yet those aspects have been separated from each other ... causing internal fragmentation and dis-ease.
We are the only Ones who can put our Selves back together. When we do that, our Bodies repair themselves automatically. That's the Divine Design.
Therefore, we are each responsible for our Selves.

We cannot heal if we are not IN our Bodies.
Trauma can knock us out of the body, and if we don't clear the trauma and get our Selves (as the SOUL) back into the body, 'dis-ease' is inevitable.
Healing happens when we bring Body, Mind and Soul back TOGETHER ... as ONE.
