In this episode, Jay Shetty talks about the steps to help you start these significant changes right away and achieve results that are truly life-changing.
Keeps me on track
I love Jay Shetty’s insights and wise words. A lot of the time in my life I feel like I’m actually on the right path and when I keep listening to my inner voice it always steers me in the right direction which is why I think I’m such a happy and fulfilled person. But sometimes it gets hard to tune out the noise of other people’s fears and negativity. When I then listen to this podcast, it never fails to ease my mind and reaffirm the self confidence I naturally already possess. Thank you Jay ❤️
