    Once an abandoned gas station, the project came to life through the collaborative efforts of GO’C and SuttonBeresCuller. Their aim was clear:  through the integration of a remediation system, transform a neglected space into a vibrant cultural center.

    In 2015, Connor and Rebecca McMahon embarked on a journey to craft a winery complex that mirrored their personalities and aspirations. Teaming up with Clayton Korte, renowned for their winery design, they envisioned a space that exuded familiarity, exclusivity, comfort, and sophistication.
    The 12,620-square-foot winery complex consists of three buildings: a 6,972-square-foot fermentation and barrel-aging building, a 2,170-square-foot case good storage area, and a second phase hospitality building that should be complete by 2026.

    East Austin has undergone significant redevelopment, particularly aimed at attracting a burgeoning younger demographic. Utilizing an undeveloped half-block previously owned by a local metal recycling company, the newest T3 building––or timber, transit, and technology building––finds its place within this evolving landscape.

    The newly renovated headquarters of I & E Construction is the product of a design-build and adaptive reuse project. What was once a nondescript nursing school from the 1970s has undergone a significant makeover, showcasing modern design and functionality.
    Woodblock Architects focused on overhauling the building layout by repurposing a neglected courtyard and incorporating NLT, or nail-laminated timber, throughout the interior.

    Woodinville Whiskey's expansion is sited on a 10-acre, sprawling grain field in Quincy, Washington. The design accommodates the growing demand for Woodinville’s prized whiskey. The facility includes processing and bottling buildings, new corporate offices, and the barrel rickhouses which pay homage to the region's agricultural heritage, and the soul of the American South.
