But after a break, a chance to go inwards and reassess, realign, she joins me to share how her life has changed and her mental health never ever better. 

We talk about moving her family to the wilds of west cork, how giving herself what she needs has been a radical act of self love and she inspires anyone who listens to this to refuse to cling on to a version of themselves they have outgrown.
