irritating jingle and way too long & problem with presenters voice
The materials presented are relevant and to the point. It is a pity that the woman speaking the text has a noticeable speech impediment in the way she pronounces the "s" . She might give students of English the wrong idea about how the "s" is pronounced.
Also the intonation and tempo of her voice starts to grate very quickly.
So, room for improvement with this ESL Help! Desk. Shorten the jingle, and pick a better presenter.
