How do we make our workplaces mentally healthy? And why should we? In this time of collective uncertainty, it’s more important than ever that we look after ourselves and the people around us.
As managers, and leaders, that doesn’t mean it’s our job to be psychologists - but it does mean we need to be aware of the pressures our team are under, and of how to make sure we’re creating a safe environment for them, and ourselves.
In this introductory episode of Managing Minds, we share some of the key insights of Managing Minds and speak to Commissioner Shane Fitzsimmons, former Commissioner of NSW RFS and current Commissioner of Resilience NSW.
Episode 1 - Managing Individuals - will be available from August 24.
