EPS 34 Corrective Exercise with Tracy Rodriguez

EPS 34 Corrective Exercise with Tracy Rodriguez

In this episode, Tracy explains to us, what corrective exercise is, who needs it and how it helps. Tracy reveals how a life changing event has led her into this expertise, along with how it can help after you have already tried physical therapy, chiropractor, and everything else. I love this conversation as Tracy revels information that is not common knowledge regarding lifting weights, proper form and the importance of utilizing the "unknown" muscles.

Tracy is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, giving women the tools to eliminate chronic pain when no other tools have helped.  Tracy was hit by a semi-truck in 2014 and was disabled with a back injury.  She trained herself fully through her recovery and is now 100% recovered.  She now loves sharing the same methods she used with others and seeing lives transformed.
