Running and Scoliosis - Interview with running specialist Richard Poole
Not just for runners! You will learn proper running technique and what you can do to supplement your running with scoliosis to reduce progression of your curvature and associated pain. But you will also learn about body mechanics, how scoliosis effects our feet, knees and hips, plus mental health aspects of getting outdoors and staying active.
