Hey guys just wanted to write a review here to let everybody know what great work you guys do and continue to put out there every week.
I’ve been a listener for about 6 months now and am almost though all the episodes for the second time in this time I’ve learned and implanted more then i ever could have on this fitness journey on my and I’m forever grateful for this gift.
To step it up a notch I started coaching with coach Jason a week ago as a result of your “get results” announcement and I’m very happy I did and can get all my info backed from a coach who knows what there talking about and gives me the confidence to go on where my doubts would have normally made me stop pushing myself.
