Comforting and helpful
Every episode I put my hand on my heart and say to myself “I remain good inside”, with dr. Becky. This is so comforting and validating that I want that part on repeat as an affirmation to start every day. The other content of the episode is super helpful too, with strategies I’m learning to use more often. I’ve even begun to find some returning elements in dr. Becky’s advice on the specific topics, which increases my understanding of her strategies. So helpful. I’m in the proces of writing them down on flash cards to hang them around the house to help in tricky situations. A bit like her insta stories, but tailored to my family.
