Rixecarda ,

One of the best wellness podcasts out there!

Absolutely love Liz’s podcast and the guest she has on. Her approach to health and wellness is so honest and realistic, which makes a nice change in a social media driven world that just adds to the pressure of healthy eating. I love each episode and am always excited to learn new hacks to make my life a little happier.

Back on my feet

Seven months ago I got lost. I stopped working and starting to take care of myself. I bought selfhelpbooks, listen to meaningful podcasts including this one, intensified on yoga lessons, started to meditate, eating healthy - I did all the right things :) Now, when light seems to return, I still listen to HT. Thanks Liz!

Liz is so fun and knowledgeable! I’m always looking forward to the next episode ✨
