Heart ME – a health podcast designed to get to the heart of you! I'm Jennifer Sena, a sales professional and loving mom of two, living my best life until it came to a screeching halt. On November 8th, 2019, at the age of 47, I experienced a heart attack from two blocked arteries. This was a wake-up call to say the least.
