Hormones in Harmony Vivien Allred

Gemma Price is a holistic practitioner who works with clients who are adversely reacting to their food, their environment or themselves – and are wanting to calm their system down.  She has a particular interest in immune health and histamine intolerance. She supports her clients to understand and address underlying factors that could be exacerbating their reactivity so that they are able to more easily flow with life.
As a nutritional therapist and nutrigenomics practitioner, Gemma uses food, lifestyle approaches and supplements to support her clients’ bodies’ innate ability to move towards health; As a certified provider of Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®) and a Heart Math coach, she helps her clients to connect with their body and nervous system, change patterns of held tension and respond more appropriately to what is going on around them; As a behaviour change coach she helps her clients to identify behavioural patterns that could be preventing them from moving forwards, and gently shift towards more supportive ways of being.

Jasmine is in awe of the human body and has made her life’s work to understand it. As a qualified therapeutic yoga teacher, sound therapist, and breathwork coach, Jasmine uses these modalities to centre her work around the nervous system. Prior to her 10 years in wellness, she trained as a dancer. Moving out of the industry she experienced low self worth, disconnect and burnout, now supporting those navigating the same.
