Nobody’s perfect, let’s party! Join Deanna Seymour, a mom, a wife, and usually too tired to figure out what else, as she chats with other amazing humans about their imperfect journeys. Sometimes life can feel a little overwhelming, lonely, and challenging. Sprinkle in some self-doubt, body image crap and a little shame, and it can get downright sucky real quick. Deanna spent over three decades being uncomfortable in her own skin. After becoming a mom, she decided to call a truce with her body and be unapologetically herself.
