I found my favorite podcast!

I found myself singing the intro song in the supermarket today and realized that this podcast is my favorite one. And the song is just really catchy??? Can we get a full song? 😂
I’m usually not a big fan of podcasts, but Brie and Jessie really changed my mind on it. They changed my mind a lot of things actually! I struggle with a lot of anxiety and panic attacks, and their episode on it was honestly eye opening for me. It really put things in perspective and I finally understood what I exactly was struggling with. The same thing with their podcast on comfort zones, truth, and friendship. It is EYE OPENING. It was for me at least. I haven’t finished all of the episodes yet, but Brie and Jessie and all of the guests really made me think about things in a different way (in a good way) and I just love to hear their own (sometimes really, really funny) stories and the scientific side of things.

I could talk hours about this podcast (ask my friends, lol) but it is sooooo worth listening to it! Brie and Jessie, you totally rock this podcast! Also your voices are so soothing to listen too?? Can’t wait to hear more 🥰
