Minis with Maximum effects

I love this podcast and have made it part of my Miracle Morning routine. Early morning I sit on my meditation pillow, our cat relaxing in my lap, both drifting away into tranquility. Meditation mini's are a great help at boosting my well being, self esteem and positive thoughts about how to make each day count in my way forward in life.
