Mental health is a subject that is commonly hidden from friends and family. This subject is very dear to our hearts. Hits closer to home than we can imagine. It’s such a taboo to speak about it in the Asian / Minority communities.  It’s been feared or misunderstood because not many can or will want to understand it.

We want to bring light to this important topic so others can feel comfortable letting others know how they really feel and get the appropriate help. 1 in 4 people will experience serious mental health issues in there lifetime.
