I sit down with my college best friend to talk about our friendship, being in our early 20, our outlook on families, and our unique experience of working at a tanning salon together. When thinking about leaders, it's important that there is a level of inclusivity that allows all to be successful in their positions in the workplace. This isn't a grand idea that is hard to attain. There are simple behaviors that leaders can exhibit and practice to ensure the people they serve can soar. In this episode, I have Tyrone Void, a campus administrator in the school district I am in, join me in a conversation around leaders and inclusivity. I chose Tyrone for this topic because we are able to have respectful and transparent conversations around sometimes hard-to-navigate content.
