A beautiful young wife and mother celebrates her last Christmas in 1987 without knowing it will be the last. Her 13 month old daughter is home with her, she talks to her mother on the phone, says she has a headache and will turn in soon. Several hours later, a roommate hears her daughter crying and gets up to find that Missy has been beaten to death in her own bedroom with very few clues left behind. And the clues that are there were mishandled with the entire investigation being botched from the beginning.
