Spéire Nua (New Horizon) Rehabilitation - Everyone wins when someone turns their life around!

Spéire Nua is a recently launched project which helps to reintegrate ex offenders back into the community by adopting and developing a process that validates the commitment to change of people who have come into contact with the criminal justice system.
