Succession and success with Ajit Menon

This week host Francesca Cardona is joined by Ajit Menon, principal and co-founder of Blacklight Advisory, to discuss the challenges of succession in the financial services sector. Ajit is a business psychologist, consultant, and coach specialising in organisational culture. He was a visiting lecturer on organisation development and consultancy at the London School of Economics and is a visiting tutor at the Tavistock and Portman Trust.
