344: NEW RESEARCH On Topical Steroid Withdrawal Symptoms + TSW Red Skin Trigger w/ Dr. Ian Myles

I’ve discussed topical steroid withdrawal symptoms and TSW skin concerns extensively on the Healthy Skin Show, but there is still so much about this condition that isn’t well understood.Partly because we don’t yet have much research on TSW.So when I heard that Dr. Ian Myles was looking into topical steroid withdrawal symptoms, I had to get him on the show to break it down for you in layman’s terms (because his paper is complex).Topical Steroid Withdrawal (aka. TSW and also sometimes called re...

Great info beyond the usual diet advice

After reading what feels like ‘the whole internet’ and listening to a lot of health podcast, I’m really glad to have found The healthy skin show. Great info, clearly presented and lots of new ideas on how to tackle my eczema. Especially Jennifer’s highlighting of that elimination diets shouldn’t have to last forever (and may not be enough) is very important for me to hear. I’m now motivated to actually seek a practioner’s help after having given up on dermatologists years ago and two years(!) on a very restrictive diet! Now just need to find a good one (I’m not in the US) who actually understands.
