We’ve both struggled with body insecurities but ultimately are learning to adore and appreciate our bodies. Loving yourself is challenging, we can be so harsh on ourselves, but keep working towards it and remember to love yourself the way you love others

This week we are coming to you with our experience finding help in school and university. We also talk about just how important it is to have a supportive social network around you, people who you can reach out to in times of need, whoever it be. Surround yourself with loving people who are good for your mental health, and do your best to be that person for your friends and family.

With the rise of racism towards the Asian community, we felt that it was important to have a conversation about the problems we faced whilst growing up. As young people, we feel that it is important to be more open about pointing out and speaking out against offensive comments. It can have a detrimental effect on all of our mental health, especially as we advance into an age where so many cultures affect our everyday lives. Stay safe!
