Amazing podcast

This podcast is what anyone who wants a 360 perspective on how to start making fitness and veganism part of their daily life (and keep up with it) should listen. Amazing content about all the different aspects that can make you move forward: from nutrition to fitness tips and absolutely anything helpful in between. Love it!

I’ve learned a great deal from Fritz through this podcast as well as his Instagram channels on how to be a fit vegan. I struggled with feeling restricted, but this helped a lot in making better food choices. Great fact based content which is actionable!
