    Judge Threatens Rudy Giuliani With CONTEMPT For Defying Court Order In Defamation Case

    Rudy Giuliani has been playing games in his attempt to avoid turning over his assets and property to the two Georgia state election workers, Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman, a jury said he defamed, and ordered him to pay $146 million in damages. The federal judge overseeing enforcement of the money judgement, Judge Lewis Liman, has told Giuliani and his lawyers that their arguments as to why Giuliani has failed to comply with the court's order to give over his assets are "farcical." Judge Liman told Giuliani to give over the assets or be held in contempt of court. Glenn goes through Rudy's "farcical' explanations and excuses for not turning over assets, as he's been ordered to do, and he also discusses the law of contempt and what it may mean for Rudy Giuliani.     Judge Aileen Cannon Refuses to Step Off Trump-Related Case of Ryan Routh

    Judge Aileen Cannon's favoritism and bias in favor of Donald Trump is well-established. And the law provides that even the appearance of bias and favoritism (no actual bias/favoritism is necessary) warrants the removal of a judge from presiding over a case. The defendant charged with plotting a Trump assassination, Ryan Routh, filed a motion to have Cannon recuse herself from his case given that Trump is the victim. In a typically unpersuasive ruling, Cannon refused to leave the case, making it clear that Cannon just can't quit Trump or Trump-related cases.     Mike Johnson Confirms He & Trump Have a "Secret" Plan to Help Trump Take Power

    House Speaker Mike Johnson has confirmed to The New York Times that he and Donald Trump have a "little secret" designed to help Trump take power regardless of the election's results. Recall - Trump had not just one but FIVE little secret plans to steal the 2020 election: 1. A little secret plan to have his dirty lawyers file more than 60 fraudulent lawsuits to try to steal the election 2. A secret pressure campaign of state election officials ('just find me 11,780 votes") to try to steal the election 3. The fake elector secret scheme to try to steal the election 4. The secret pressure campaign on Mike Pence trying to convince him to violate the law by refusing to certify Joe Biden's election win to try to steal the election 5. The secret scheme to incite the mob at the January 6th, pre-insurrection pep rally to attack the US Capitol and stop the certification to try to steal the election All five of Trump's secret schemes failed and he's now indicted for that very conduct. Yet, Trump is undeterred, announcing that he and Johnson have a "little secret" to try again. Hey, DOJ . . . you up? You need not sit back and wait for Trump to deploy his 6th secret scheme to steal an election. How about some pro-active law enforcement this time?
