Amazing, empowering and best food for thought

This podcast is something else. Highly recommend. Kara and her guests go into all difficult topics, from an angle that is actually helpful: to see what may come from inside you, conditioning, or from external factors. I cannot stress how import it is to listen to these topics from a feminist point of view, in a scientific way.

Clarifying and super helpful

Great podcast that can really help you open your eyes and think differently about certain aspects in your life. The episodes aren’t too long and that’s perfect for my attention span. Kara gives some great insights and examples on what common errors are in the way women (are taught to) think, and how to change this in your everyday life. Her tips and exercises are easy to understand and apply. I would definitely recommend this podcast.
