    Come join me today in this beautiful practice of removing and releasing all that you feel is not serving you and replace it with all that is! During our time together today we will use our breath work, imagery and gentle movements to remind and encourage our bodies what the emptiness feels like, how it’s created and just how welcoming it can be to its replacement feeling of our rebirthing. No matter what emotions or tensions reside within you, anxiety, stress, worry, over excitement, hesitation or fogginess- this practice will encourage your body to gently release those and in turn replace them with the exact breath you call forth filled with possibility- blank space- vitality and so much more . And just how delicious that can feel! Once you practice this enough, you will be able to take this with you everywhere and anywhere to utilize it as you wish and when you wish. This exercise is really wonderful for children as well, so I encourage you to share it as you feel pulled to, or keep it all to yourself 🙂. So get comfortable and come dive in to see what this practice has to offer for you. Love you, mean that.

It is where the majority of my affirmation practice takes place and exactly what this episode entails. The total and complete rewiring and retraining of our brains. When a single neuron fires, it is an isolated chemical blip. When many fire together, they form a thought. Those thoughts turn into influenced feelings inside of your body that beg to have words put to them so we can therefor carry them out in deeds, or actions in our daily physical life.     This episode is really special to me. I never felt that just anyone was allowed to hear my story or why I choose the paths I choose because , well, it never felt necessary or requisite enough for me to do so. It was almost too exhausting to explain. Too vulnerable and untouched. Sacred, really. And absolutely personal. But- I am realizing that the more we speak up and out about our untouched, sacred and fragile points, the more human we feel. The more we flourish. When speaking about the experiences we are having or have had- the more our neighbor can breathe in relation to them. The more they too can flourish. Through it all-the more connected* we become. Connectivity is magical. I have no shame or fear in my past- I would not choose the re-do button if granted, maybe a higher wine tolerance at times- but not another chance. So what is it that turned me towards the journey I lead? What’s the substance within it that’s shaped me? Tune in and hang out with us for a few- go on get cozy and take a seat, allow me to invite you in, and serve you some tea...or wine, beer or what have you. 🙃 So -so- Much love🤍

It really works like this: if you feel negative about something then you’re allowed to enjoy it but if you love some thing and enjoy it then guilt or resistance has to come with it.
