It is so easy to stay in bitterness when we feel badly done to or there is something unjust that has happened.
In this episode, we discuss moments where we have managed to harness the good that can come from these situations by turning our attention to better and moving away from bitter. This is about truly embracing the lesson and allowing it to challenge and change us for the better not for the bitter.
Do you have a scenario or a life experience that you can think about right now that really twists you, makes you feel like you were robbed? Yes? Most of us can go there. However, could you ever envisage yourself feeling grateful for that happening (even just a little bit) in your life? If not, then maybe there is more work to be done to move towards being better in those moments.
